Conveyors

• The Slat Conveyor is designed to convey the bottles or containers from one point to another via the conveyor belt.

  This is supported and moving with the help of stainless steel runners. They wear strips of UHMWPE, and are provided to ensure smooth running while reducing power consumption. The guide rail brackets and leg parts are also made using stainless steel square pipes.

  The machine is driven using an electric motor through the direct shaft mounted on the gearbox. It uses an A.C. variable frequency drive for start/stop and speed adjustment.
