Plug Pressing Machine

• This machine is designed to press the plug onto bottles and containers. It consists of an SS Slat Conveyor, a Pressing Unit and the Main Drive Assembly wherein the filled bottles, along with the plugs come onto the infeed conveyor.

  The plug-pressing unit, rotates continuously on the top as it gradually presses the plug on the bottles/containers. The speed of the pressing belt and infeed conveyor belt is mechanically synchronized.

  The pressing unit has a cushioning arrangement along with the height of the adjustment.

  An auto-plug placing arrangement can also be provided with the unit depending on the suitability of the plug.
