Semi Autmomatic Gravi Fillers

• This type of filler enables the accurate filling of rigid and non-rigid bottles to a per-determined level, irrespective of the variations in the container. In this type of filling, a light vacuum (3"" to 5"" of Hg) is maintained above the liquid level in the tank, assisting in the removal of air from the container to be filled through the nozzle.

  Due to this, the filling speed increases as opposed to pure gravity filling.

  Bottles from the washing machine are then conveyed to the filling machine by the infeed conveyor. The bottles are to be loaded manually on to the filling nozzles, from where the unloading process is entirely manual.

  The filled bottles are placed on the conveyor, wherein they are transferred to the capping station.

  This machine consists of an overhead tank fixed on the stand which has 6 outlets for the nozzle connections, drain valve, and float valve to control the fluid level in the tank.

  The stand is provided with a lockable castor for easy mobility. The bottle stands can be adjusted to different heights based on the bottle requirements.
