Semi Automatic Volumetric Fillers

• The machine consists of two filling syringes for a sizable capacity. These are connected to two filling nozzles.The syringes are driven by a drive mechanism consisting of the apt gearbox and motor. Volume is adjustable using the screws.

  The machine has a continuous as well as a foot switch mode for constant and intermittent operation. Bottles are manually placed below the nozzle for filling. The machine speed variation is done through the 3-step pulleys provided.
